Writing an Analytical Essay from a Supreme Court Case
Demonstrate formal writing skills while at the same time show an understanding of the decision in a United States Supreme Court case (a primary source).

Unmarked Opinions
Unmarked opinions are an excellent strategy to use with cases that have 5-4 decisions or cases that have strong dissents.
